• Bean recognition isn't working on my bag

  Shoot the label face straight-on under bright, even light — glare, tilted angles, and crumpled bags make it hard for Kongi to read. Labels in languages other than English, Korean, or Japanese can be tricky; just use manual entry when that happens.

• The recipe feels off for my taste

  Kongi's recipe is a starting point built from the bag and your brew method. After a cup, just say too sour, too bitter, or perfect — and Kongi re-tunes the grind, temperature, and ratio for your next brew!

• My grinder isn't listed

  Dripbook supports popular grinders like Comandante, 1Zpresso, and Mahlkönig. If yours isn't listed, pick the closest match or use the generic click-range guide. Want yours added? Email us and Kongi will bump it up the list!

• How do I delete my account?

  You can do it right in the app — Profile → Account → Delete account removes your account and server records. Or email bublica@naver.com and we'll erase everything within seven days.

• Are my photos stored on a server?

  Nope! Your photos are used only to read the beans and aren't kept after recognition. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.

• Which devices are supported?

  Both iPhone (iOS 15+) and Android phones! Grab it on the App Store or Google Play.

Account Deletion

Delete your account

You can delete your Dripbook account (Google / Apple / Kakao social sign-in) and its data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

Tap Profile → Account → Delete account in the app. This immediately removes the account info, nickname, favorites, bean library, and app preferences stored on your device, plus the check-in, bean (point), and mission data and sign-in sessions stored on our server.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't use the app, email bublica@naver.com from the address linked to your social account. We'll process the request within 7 days.

Server operation logs (call timestamps, recognition metadata) are automatically destroyed within 30 days of collection even without a request; only records we're legally required to keep (inquiry records, 3 years) are retained separately. See the Privacy Policy for details.
